If the bank is taking a hit they want to be able to write it off as a place for someone to live in, not for someone to make a profit on.You are essentially asking "Why can't I go to a soup kitchen, take the free food and sell it to low income families for a profit"?

Jeff Green will be building high-end apartments with all new everything catering to higher income professionals. 

Five hours in comfy chairs, watching tv, reading the free newspaper, eating free food, and drinking free beers vs . . . sitting in an airport bar?  

It is a small brick building that used to be a catering business, but I can see multiple possible uses for it with some work.

I am really hoping that more bars and restaurants will open on the west side of campus to cater to the new stadium.

You can't beat the views, things to do and all the good food spots!

For the last 5-7 years I have been working in operations management and logistic consulting for food manufacturing and distribution chains.

The cool part about this is that it allows me to sell for top dollar quickly because I cater to an unserved market, and I even make money on the credit repair part.
