It's all about how scarce resources (in this case healthcare) are going to be allocated when "it hits the fan."

You may need to apportion/allocate the state sourced income so that the income is being taxed correctly by each jurisdiction. 

., I really like your approach of looking back year over year to see what the expenses were and budgeting/allocating from there. 

Or you can allocate that time into looking for your next deal.

Each payment will allocate an increasing amount of principal and decreasing amount of interest.

This is really an asset allocation question for someone that understands your entire financial picture.

TAD funding (tax allocation district) in Georgia but known in other states as TIF (tax incremental funding) has been dead for years in Georgia ( can't say about other states) .

I have a lot of clients who are re-allocating their real estate portfolios to Tennessee, Ohio and Georgia. 

Would it be accurate to say you allocate around 5k a month for marketing?
