The best time to plant a tree is today or 20 years ago.

New cabinets, and granite counter tops, full bathroom rehab in 2 bathrooms, new windows, new wood sighting on entire outside of home, new wood deck in back yard, new paint and texture job throughout.

Even better, maybe plant a few trees next to them.

That being said I will put a few fake plants in to add some color but I don't really consider that full staging.
