Foreclosing is the pain. 

I find it a pain to work with over FJP (finger joint pine).

I don't want to stay with them I think this is taking advantage of loyalty due to pain of moving elsewhere, or they've just lost their minds altogether.

I would not use the Chicago Lease since Chicago can be a big pain in the rear on the minute details.

One paragraph says that I agree to pay a $345 administrative fee to her agency to cover processing over paperwork upon closing.

I think Pottsville and Schuylkill County, PA in general offers a good opportunity for cash flow because rents are high in comparison to house prices and seem to be stable.

No harm in that.I paid off a bunch but the lowest rate was 6%+ and they were seller-financed or commercial,  representing more pain and risk than what you most likely have.Last consideration is if you have a small balance loan but are running into conventional loan limits of 4 or 10. 

I may just have to get a non hotmail account for the newsletters.The only problem is I have been using them for a while so it is going to be a pain moving to another email system.

Sounds like the lender doesn't want to go through the pains of the estate issues, well, they have no choice, it should be pretty easy to get an attorney involved in the short sale transaction and just buy it. :)
