Sell at full price through a flat fee realtor- It would have to be the type of listing contract that allows you to find your own buyer without having to pay the realtor.

I heard he got someone like 350k before.I know it involves opening up a bunch of cards (like 8 - 10) and charging/paying off in full repeatedly, he has other tricks too that push your credit up over 800 and then once you are there there are special programs offered and cards with big limits, he then directs you to a company that will provide you with the cash locked in the cards (for a fee of course).

Thanks in advance. anything too good to be true is scam because all lender uses the same logic anyway lol.for example i can offer you 110%financing, but you have to transfer me $30K initiation/appraisar fee and then I would disappear LOL

I now help other investors find deals in my market as well.I'd recommend looking into flat fee brokerages with low monthly fees.
