You can get the entire entree out here for that.Longer term, if California doesn't bankrupt itself trying to give citizens of other countries free health care or provide cell phones to the homeless, and actually makes the vision of the California High Speed Rail a reality, or self-driving cars become mainstream and allow commuters to work on the road to work, then Sacramento will absolutely fricking explode with Bay Area commuters.But then again, we may have FAR bigger problems on the horizon, with automation, robots and AI set to replace as much as 73 million jobs by 2030.

With your home office, you can deduct:- Office supplies- Utilities-Cell phone-Home phone-Internet-Cost of your computer (office equipment)Like I said, unless you're deducting a massive amount of square footage as your home office, you're unlikely to be audited anymore.

A 750 fico is pretty damn good if you are getting that. how long they lived at a previous address, and time on the job have been better indicators for me, as opposed to a missed cell phone bill.

It just seems unreasonable that i have offered everything to them (pet deposit, increased rent, special products for the cat to have it not scratch things) and still get a big fat no in my face.

Specialty items do call for the contractor taking care of it (in my opinion)Louise, I see what you are saying, but in my biz, if an additional gallon of paint or a facuet does not fit, my contractor will certainly get a hold of me via my cell.

I searched but didn't find any information on this so I thought maybe this thread could collect any experience out there on the subject - having cell antennas installed on your commercial building as an additional stream of income.I've been eyeing a vacant property for a couple of years now, it's commercial with a beautiful hilltop site in an area with spotty cell coverage.

When you do this it drives gross sales for which they get a royalty off of but it takes your profit margins way down.These companies on re-image costs, food costs, advertising costs, running specials sometimes get one over on the franchisees by building in fat over the top markups on products.
