That's awesome to hear that you were able to bounce back like that and keep moving forward instead of dwelling on the past!

If you aren't they will keep doing this and bouncing from place to place.

Your best bet is to find some investors who are already doing what you want to do and offer to buy them lunch in exchange for letting you bounce every question you might have off of them.

But for each one it's a matter of having someone to bounce ideas off of, get some guidance or just someone to point me in the right direction.

If it bounces more than once, they will have to pay at the bank going forward. 

Some areas have higher assessments now that values have bounced back.It still is a cool tool for a general idea.
