Ya, there is virtually zero small multifamily property in the far SE valley. 

Hotels seem to be a new thing for him and that to me like said above is just a different business its not land lording per se its being a Hotelier..

There’s is no one to “notify” the bank, per se.  

So, when someone shows you 12-14-15% cap, dig into their number, look at the vacancies for last couple years, check out water, gas, electric bills, landscaping and parking lot fixes.Don’t forget that right now Market is pretty high and there is no vacancies per se: I’m signing a lease before my tenant moves out.

BP isn't much on censorship, per se, but is pretty strict on its terms and conditions.
