@Chad KingThis is not something they can be done “off back of napkin”.While the jurisdiction would love to add housing, you need to hire an architect and engineers to make sure it is designed to todays codes.

@Josh TatsunoIn Tampa, if you are doing a “one for one” house renovation, meaning you are simply replacing items and not moving load bearing walls or structures… it is a couple of weeks.For more intricate remodels where engineering stamped plans are required, I’ve experienced 8-12 weeks myself.
