Thanks @Jim Workman @Raphael J.Ive checked out turn-key reviews and while I want to put trust into the reviews I wonder how many of the reviews were planted in by employees of the companies in question. 

I want our next investment to be a duplex/triplex in downtown Sarnia.My reasoning for Sarnia: The downtown core is growing, the new brewery is receiving a lot of attention, the college is expanding (two new buildings), the research park is at capacity, they are transitioning from the chemical valley to a bio-industry cluster, which has already attracted two new plants, and the area is anticipating the announcement of a major plant expansion (that I have a good authority is happening), and taxes are some of the lowest in the province.

It could be in meat packing plants in remote Iowa, public transport in Manhattan, or choir groups or protests wherever.

I had to sign a disclosure sent by the buyers agent stating that the exterior plants, trees and shrubs need to remain.

Exactly what Im looking to do here in San Antonio or I should say south of SA. closer to the Toyota Plant.  

Account Closed - real estate books are great for planting the initial seed and outlining steps and strategies but you'll always feel like you don't know enough... that you need to read one more book or learn one more strategy. 

Saving money is like keeping the seed of a plant in your pocket and just walking with it everywhere.

A really successful investor friend of mine once told me "be like a farmer plant seeds, water and nuture it,  and the harvest will come" I wish you all the success in your real estate endeavors :)

Of course I'm sure you would need to disclose the fact that you are an agent to stay on the up and up.Perhaps do CMA's for investors and they will list with you in return (on their rehabs).Obviously you would need $ for the signs and a ride to plant them.
