With the limited information we have, it sounds like you have a track record of business profitability, assets that can support further indebtedness, and an openness to structuring your profile in an appropriate strategic manner.  

Ideally, that person would do more than just your yearly taxes; they’d help you strategize and be available to answer questions all year.

With the advent of technology, it is becoming increasingly easier to own assets in other parts of the country (even in other countries) by strategically leveraging technology.

As I strategize about buy and hold properties I simply have a number in terms of # of doors in mind with monthly cash flow as a goal for Financial Independence. 

To get your license just to get it is not worth the time BUT if you plan to use it strategically to grow your business then definitely!

As you add MHP's just add series as needed.I don't think you would want 100 series in one of these as it would get messy and should separate for strategic organization, but once you're that big you have other priorities anyway.Not sure if these are allowed in Indiana, talk to an attorney.
