I think it's fascinating, but I'm not too sure what to make of it as a business model.What are your thoughts?

Most of this stuff isn’t rocket science. 🤷🏻‍♂️ Of course, we are far from his only clients with real estate investments.

Prior to listening to that podcast I had a certain level of frustration because I don't find any of this to be rocket science but it's not like anything I've done in the past where I can just "go" ASAP.  

Seems with properties like this it's 50% science 50% art and just know the area very well by seeing lots of property.

Ever since I went to college, and met some really great landlords, I knew it was the kind of job that spoke to me.I graduated with a degree in Computer Science from Tennessee Tech, but absolutely fell in love with the town there.

The correlations are fascinating. 

I would be fascinated to talk about your education and how you feel it can be applied to real estate.

I would say more than half their program is them pushing you onto their 30-50k "Mastery Course" and it's fascinating from a Sales and Marketing standpoint to see how they sell.
