I recommend listening from the beginning as you will be able to pick up something from every episode and they get better as they go as the hosts get more comfortable with running the show and learning more as they do the interviews. 

Advertise now on all the free listing sites mentioned by @Karl B.As far as screening goes, you can use a (free) site like cozy or tenant cloud, or BP has a couple providers they work with as well to screen.Good Luck!

Reach out to five star hosts and ask specific questions.

Most of the hosts are doing it on the side, so they often ask me to remedy issues.

I think they’ll charge more too and I think that’ll drive up the prices hosts can charge, as a result.

Some are presentation style (super awesome for learning new tactics while networking) and some are pretty laid back where people will host them at breweries, local bars, etc.
