2 bed 1 bath 600 sqft and turned it into 2 bed 2 ba with all updated floors, paint, countertops, cabinets, appliances, etc.

One time I even made a service call from my bed lol.

Most don't have much experience renting out 2 and 3 bed units. 

Complaining about bed bugs when it turns out it was a tick (in the woods shockingly), showing up 2 hours before actual check in and complaining the fridge isn't cold (was being defrosted), wanting a refund because a light was burned out in the hallway etc.

Deal #1 is a 3 bed, 1 bath at 950 sq ft with a basement listed at 120k and deal #2 is a 3 bed, 1.5 bath at 1150 sq ft also with a basement listed at 140k.

We would still have about 8 months left before we can sell (2 year min)Our last couple homes have been 1940's, 800sq ft  cramped homes with two beds and single bathrooms and we are loving having something three times the square footage!
