Baby steps.

There a huge bubble of baby boomers about to retire who haven't saved much - and social security only goes so far... they aren't raising families so don't need tons of space.

Between 2000 and 2014, the number of millennials rose by 77 percent, and the number of baby boomers by 97 percent.

Baby Boomers are getting older.

You can require the 1st floor to mow, but now, there needs to be a rent discount, or you need to provide the mower, maybe the gas and can also.Tenants do get lazy, get home late from work, it's raining out, it's too hot, baby is sleeping... excuses to not do it.

Lesson for the next one: I'll Baby sit one & require things to be done my way.

Well…. the situation is not so black and white.My wife and I recently had our first baby!

I don't know about the powersave, but if it's the "baby" k program, I don't think it's worth the time and expense, IMHO. 

You don't have that whole HUMAN/personal element involved, it's strictly business, baby!
