To elaborate further on my previous comment:My neighborhood Safeway is immediately adjacent to Golden Gate Park and a large beach where bonfires are permitted - both high traffic areas for after hours ne'er do wells. 

The area is great, private schools in the area, 10mins from world famous FTL airport, great hospitals, and near FTL most famous eateries, roughly 10mins away, and FTL beach is roughly 15mins away.

Glass block you'll see in kitchens between adjacent rooms, below an island, or in bathrooms.

Paid couple hundred dollars for plane ticket, flew out ,had dealer meet me at airport, test drove car and drove it back to Vegas.

There have definitely been multiple cases where adjacent buildings suffered damage during a natural disaster, but the insurance company refused to pay a dime and was not held liable in court.  

Well, I was stupid enough to take the knife to the airport and had to ditch it, so I got a Victorinox Hercules to replace it.
