Although I do try to get at least $5,000 per assignment, there are plenty of times that I am happy to take away $2,000 as well.Not all deals where I wholesale can afford a $5,000 assignment fee, where as if I can stuill make $2,000 I will get the deal done still.I don't have a set minimum, but I definitely do not work for free.
