The BEST possible approach (especially for a moderator) is to encourage all the information to be presented so that the good ole folks of BP can decide for themselves what is best for THEIR personal/professional investing wants and needs.

The NSU campus itself is pretty safe but immediately outside the campus is a moderate to heavy crime zone.

I wouldn't expect this cost that much to do as someone who has experience and is moderately familiar with the area, real estate, development, etc.
