My assumption was that this was our way to work around using a bridge execution early on, but correct me if I am wrong here.

Don't get me wrong, they absolutely have their place, and we have a handful that we love working with.

We were under the impression that it wouldn't matter since we hadn't refi'd the first yet to learn, but found out how wrong that was.  

They have failed to renew my entities with the Secretaries of State multiple times, have billed me wrong amounts, and GREATEST OF ALL, have cost my business ~$50K in cumulative TAX PENALTIES due to negligence in filing for a tax extension, failing to walk me through my tax filings and needed payments, and failing to file an abatement promptly.

Names Christian, I’ve, been doing real estate investing for bout a year now, worked on my first property which wasn’t the best ideal situation, but it was an amazing learning experienced that I wouldn’t trade, made a lot of mistakes that after all the classes and events i have attended i am learning where i went wrong, and really in need of a coach to help guide me in the right direction, i do have a game plan in place and the goal i want to reach  just need to be helped its a path.
