We'll have two private beach clubs (most developments in Tulum have none) and amenities at least as good if not better amenities than any other development in town. the great thing is that being close to the beach fits my lifestyle and vacation style so my goals are congruent.

Aside from the financial resources, I suppose one skill is I write algorithms to distill signal from bulk data for a living, so if there are any other programmers out there please reach out!

In this universe, which I classify as groups writing $5mm checks+ and allocating in the tens of millions per year, they do not follow sponsors for years.   

Keep that in mind:)Regarding partnering, have tried it several times and most times it ends with a split.So, if you go forward with partnership, recommend making sure you both agree in writing, on how a split would work.Otherwise, you an both share everything you leanr and help each other out monetarily as needed.
