Hello, we are a property management company and looking to grow our business we are having a hard time finding more leads. we tried cold calling but it didn't work out well do anyone has any recommendations of a platform where we can buy warm leads?

Maybe bankruptcy, maybe slow courts or laws over Covid, maybe owner missed a payment and started paying again, but one payment behind, maybe trying to do a workout, maybe some environmental hazard with the property that they want to take ownership of it.So that would be the first step....find out who owns it.....individual or LLC or now in lender name.   

It seems like I should go to work out of high school, and start investing instead of wasting my time at college.

Of course, if you have a great lender that you work with, they can work out side by side numbers for you to give you the info you need to make an informed decision.

(Note: It doesn't always work out finding a local partner but that is our objective)At what point do you travel there?

How can an investor reading the 10-K or a landlord receiving a fabricated lease know that its fake?

Then they need massive R&D (either in Fremont, Austin or Bangalore doesn't matter), they also need fabrication, and then they buy more GPU to simulate FSD.

I felt they were probably looking for a temporary situation and the possibility of moving back if things didn't work out for them, so not probably long term.

I'm considering a value add if the construction costs work out to add a 2nd bath (either full or half) to one property than is a 3/1. 

I would really like this to work out, I want to be a landlord and hopefully own 5+ more rentals.
