OK so im gonna lay out the facts:Found a woman who wants me to take her property in a short pay off.

Also, the woman was evicting based on drug use that the police would not do anything about, they paid rent on time every month.

The woman next to me was the bank representative. 

Like one time I met a 50 year old woman on Connected INvestor who was fishing for accolades from people that she got her first deal under contract and she was excited. 

Another woman we currently know gets over $5,000 a month for accommodating 5-7 elderly 'wards of the State', She has been doing it since 1993, & we know of her because we bought the large home she originally used & outgrew.

She is an elderly woman who is currently living in a home that sits on two acres.

The property was in the deceased woman's family prior to the marriage.

The basement revealed some flooding issues and one of the units is in terrible shape with 1 woman living with 8 pets! 

Recently, I approved a young woman who moved in, and one month later said she requested approval for her ESA, a German Shepard.
