It was a full week on-site, which is why this post took a week to get done.The property has been photographed and should be on the market soon starting at $775/unit.

I was able to fill each space with photographers, hair salon, insurance agent, recording studio, background check company, cpa, medical massage and a 3000 sq ft floor to a non-profit dance studio.I often bring the group together for happy hours on my dime, networking meetings etc.

Do you have a property condition form that the tenants filled out...or dated photographs/video tour?

I am a 26 year old Army Veteran and Junior in college, very interested in using my VA loan to purchase a duplex and house hack, live in one unit and rent the other, as my first real estate investment.

@Jay Hinrichs But you CAN hire a really talented photographer and market properties to out-of-state buyers than "never need to visit the property" because of in-house management 🤣
