My offer just got accepted for an REO property and needs some rehab before we can close the loan and ready for rent.I got call from a lender LOANGUYS to do a bridge loan.

I know from BP podcasts that mistakes are part of the process, but I want to avoid anything that could jeopardize my family’s financial stability.Despite these concerns, I’m ready to dive in!

I think it would be better just to stay on good terms and let him know you will contact him when you are ready to sell.

What I was trying to say in my response is the units will be easily move in ready on delivery of the property. 

Worth knowing, that it is less about adding “handcuffs” and more about offering a different option for owners who aren’t ready to sell but need capital - money for renovations, maintenance, or any other need.

When you are ready to sell again, you just get the next broker to pick you up and activate your license again. 

I haven’t gotten a tour yet, but based on driving by and photos of the inside, it looks ready to rent right away.

I have read I will need to use a third party service to make this happen.
