If so no need to remodel beyond putting in rental tough stuff like hardwood floors. 

BRRRRs are tough for new investors, especially Out Of State, without a reliable team and renovation experience.

As an fyi Cleveland is a tough nut to crack for out of state investors.

Without more details about your specific goals and experience, it's tough to give real tailored advice.

I’m thinking it might be tough to sell down the road also however.

If you hold it more than 10 years you likely will do great, but in the short term it will be tough.  

WE took 16 40 yard dumpters off of that house property and various vehicles etc etc. there was also a live boa constrictor that scared the heck out of one of the workers it got away ( of course) and the police wanted me to walk to all the neighbors and warn them to watch out for their cats:)WE demo's the house and I built a 1.5 mil dollar spec on it.

An arborist would be who I would ask, this is a tough guess for anyone not there to confirm these can be moved with no issues.
