I think alleging fake it to you make it just hugely rampant in the MF syndication space..

You think working harder equals making more money.

Think multi unit residential, commercial properties, or purchasing houses “subject to” existing mortgage.  

I personally think being a landlord in Chicago is easy and I have never had an eviction. 

Just Gen-Z; don't you think all Gen's might be effected by these same forces?

But I think, with so many pro-tenant laws coming out, if I buy a property in a more "sane" city, who knows if they won't introduce woke laws later in the future.

I know it has been a while since you posted this and while my partner and I have both established HELOCs, I have been thinking again about what you said here.

I would think there would be a ton of pressure from them.  

Instead of evicting them, i was thinking is there some way that I could rent it back to him for very cheap (mainly to cover just the taxes/ insurance) ie 2k a year rather than the going rate of 2k a month for similar properties.
