@Michael Plante , I agreed that it seem like a lot more than I had initially prepare for.

Full re-pipe and re-wire, full sheetrock downstairs (ceilings too), upstairs just new texture, all doors replaced, all cabinets replaced (upper and lower), all new flooring (enigineered wood, tile and carpet upstairs), etc. 

It might be a bit cheaper, but the real savings is if you don’t have to replace plantings, sidewalk, driveway, etc.

Michael Plante John Underwood I got the emergency maintenance request Tuesday morning & immediately approved.

Depending on the code in your town, if you ever do any work ( by me at least ) that requires changing floor plants with permits, you need to do sprinklers and so on, so it gets crazy!

More inland areas like Lakeland and plant city have good cashflow too.

Doesn't matter what company they are not going to feed you great leads and just plant money in your pocket with little to no work.It's not the company.The people that make 50k a year think a company will make them successful.

It's a power plant oil companies must have access to to operate?

Can you put a few small plants (I used fake that looked fairly real) in those bump-out windows with shelves?
