I have tried but I don’t know what I’m looking at or for.I noticed their is a lot of abbreviations likeP of ADTSATDeedCancel D of T and so on ,what does all this mean and should I be even looking at this when looking for liens?

We are paid to live here after all expenses- T, I, maintenance, utilities,  internet, etc. 

But hey, it's funny when it comes down to it, Ohio Cash Flow won't put their money where their mouth is, so we know where the Bullsh*t lies... 

I utilize a brokerage account with wiring capabilities for my idle hard money capital with idle cash placed in short term t-bills currently yielding around 5.3-5.4 %.

But if you decide to sell then you need to make sure you're dotting "i"s and crossing "t"s.
