That is one WICKED disease.I have personal experience with that so my sympathies are with you.As far as diversification, yes it can be a good thing, but my only point is that it is not a necessary thing.

There is no room for sob stories and too much sympathy in rentals.

I can't offer any advice on how to get out of it, but I can offer mom-sympathy going through all this while pregnant. :-/ At least on the plus side, your memories of this time will be totally hazy in a few years. ;-) Good on you for going after it!

Don't expect any sympathy if this happens, they WILL keep your money.The EM will be credited to you at closing.

I was actually quite surprised that it didn't stink.At the end of it all, I'm not really sure where my sympathies lie.

While I have some sympathy for them as we moved across the country for work and had to find a place in 3 days that also accepts a large dog, it also gives me some perspective.  

I feel sympathy even though he tried to screw me.
