I stayed in touch with all of my investors who bought off of me to see how well they did and my biggest joy was when they returned to buy more or told their friends about me and what I do! 

I just bought a lot which I'm now splitting due to the new SFR zoning.  

Some people i know have bought astro course for over 7k and its been a year with no deals.

Personally, I bought a 3 bed single family home soon after starting my job and had two friends from college rent which covered my mortgage plus a little extra.

I have bought where I see value. 

Location. 25 minutes to beach, 40 minutes to Florence, 15 minutes to Pisa, 60 miles to snow skiing.  10 minutes to Home Depot style store, etc.
