There have definitely been many surprises along the way and lots of lessons learned getting our bnb set up.

I would look at multifamily meet ups in the area to start.

Cut up large portions and freeze.      

I started off doing long distance BRRRRs until the rates went up.

You can have an email for each account and you should be able to set your phone up see multiple accounts at once should you get inquiries or messages.Just log into each account to make updates and price changes.

If a seller wants to sell for future value they need to do what is necessary to bring the value up to that price. 

If you're $400 below market rate I'd give them chance to "catch up".

Plus I would get some separation between the 2 stand ups.

If the leases end up in the realm of where we believe they will the value of the building will go up a good amount and we will have close to 1 million in equity.
