I encourage others to speak up too - speak only truth, and only facts.

Encouraging buyers agents to over-engineer is a good sign that they are willing to work to make a deal happen.

I personally think it's way too easy to escape debts in modern society, so I'm curious to know the mechanics of this particular situation.
