Under IRS Publication 523 for 2023 dated February 2024, I qualify as "Service, Intelligence and Peace Corp Personnel" and for "qualified extended duty" (page 4& 5 - https://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/p523.pdf).

They're driving demand.Communities will use that tax revenue to increase the overall appeal by providing more services, improving infrastructure, etc. 

I have seen companies like “Sturdy Build” whom I consider to be an A to Z service that is premium.

The income doesn't really cover expenses plus debt service.

Debt service is way up, revenue is generally down, down payments are way up, financing terms and costs are much worse.The time of fast scaling has passed, unless you're very creative.
