They don't ask about context of the bookings and the types of bookings I took (including one mid term tenant).They don't ask about the POTENTIAL and where I see the opportunities?

HOWEVER, as soon as a property sells on the market (or is refinanced interestingly), the cap differential goes away, and all of a sudden you would see the taxable value of the property jump from $370,000 to $657,000 - more or less doubling the taxes on the new buyer.  

Larger Syndications: When you see the syndicators achieving the larger raises that can attract the checks written by the private equity/family offices but are instead raising those funds in smaller friends and family check sizes, that would give me immediate pause.

I like the town and see the potential in the city and surrounding areas.

Prices here are more stable than they have been in Calgary and Edmonton (we haven't seen the large appreciation, but we also didn't see the price drop that they did a while back). 

No one can see the future, so who knows what the next 5-10 years will bring.10% Is not an extraordinary return, but not bad either.
