We had just listened to a podcast with Marco from Norada as the guest (Passive Wealth Strategies for Busy Professionals: Demystifying Turnkey Real Estate Investing) and were reviewing the information about the notes on their site.

The second page is a page for the doctor or professional stating what the tenant is requesting and giving them a little info as to why we the landlord are asking for it. the 3rd page is the ASR with simple yes-no questions. the 4th page is the approval or denial with what information was considered as well as contact information if you want to allow the 2nd review if a larger company.  

LTR tenants are required to have the home professionally cleaned. 

We have the full gambit from 1) finding and buying the right property in the right locations to 2) professional execution of the design to 3) discounted property management services.  

For investors, this presents a niche market to target families seeking multi-generational living arrangements.Things to Keep in Mind:SB 9 projects must comply with local ordinances, which may include design and setback requirements.Properties in historic districts or areas prone to environmental hazards may have restrictions.Lot splits under SB 9 require that the owner occupy one of the parcels as their primary residence for at least three years.ConclusionSB 9 represents a significant shift in California’s approach to zoning and housing.
