BP members, Hello, now you all can watch this Stress Test of the screwed up Citizens Home Owners Insurance that we were tricked into.

If it is in there then I believe they can request the lease be terminated NOTE: I AM NOT A LAWYER AND YOU MAY WANT TO SEEK ONE.Your best bet would be to call the President and let him know that look, I screwed up and I apologize that I did not do this, but can we get the lease approved. 

However, I am terrified of biting off more than I can chew and end up screwing my family even worse (we bought another home to live in so this would be secondary).

Hopefully they have another deal in the pipeline to pay their bills again next month..This notion that all agents are out there crushing it and screwing people out of profit or equity return has got to stop.

We haven't done this before and definitely don't want to get screwed.

We were forced to mover servicers when I was just starting ten 2nd lien foreclosures, completely screwing it up, so I went with Land Home, since they are also RMLO's which can mod the loan if needed, otherwise see if they can keep making the note payments. 

If you don't screw up too bad then you can file some more paperwork to get the sheriff involved.

Insurance is a pass through expense to us (part of our monthly lease payment) so if we screw around filing claims and our rates go up that passes to us to. 

Doing the right thing is a long-term play but the return is much better than a few extra bucks from screwing somebody over!
