Hi All,As I mentioned in my introduction posted here, I've been scouring the MLS looking for cash flowing multi family (3-6 unit) properties in Massachusetts.

I will scour the market and stay tuned. 

Currently scouring opportunities in Snyder, Northumberland and Union counties. 

Basically, I scour for Assignments of Deeds and Substitute Trustee Deeds, then run those through a little system that pulls the owner's info, a photo, map links, plus links to deeds and titles at the register.  

Hello BP gang,Lately I have been doing plenty of due dilligence on the subject of probate and have taken my first action steps, including scouring the public record files at the court building as well as looking thru the newspaper public notices...

Also I haven't scoured through here that much just yet but has anyone ever heard of using zero percent coupon bonds to broker a deal?

I've spent the last several months scouring CA for good cash flow towns but, ultimately, it was a futile effort.  

I got more traction out of who I met at these meetings then I ever did sending emails, scouring Craigslist, driving for dollars, etc.

I saw Zillow, and I like it, but with Realtor I like how it says what the rent is estimated to be in a clear way.What websites do you scour, just to look at from time to time for new deals?

I happened to get a list of all the parks in the area with updated info from the county (as opposed to general sites) so I'll be scour these with more confidence.
