We are General Contractors and part of why my cost for the conversion is so low is because we have the resources to pay at cost and the property is located in a county with lower labor costs than other parts of California.

Most of the work will be following up with warm leads already.)When you say you’re taking a job, will you be an employee on salary + commission or an independent commission only “contractor”.  

Having a solid team around you like agent, lender, contractors etc.

For the immediate time, I'd love any contractors and handymen suggestions, but eventually, to work with agents to buy and sell in the area.
