It is broken down into the amount of rent CMHA will pay on behalf of the tenant(s) as well as the portion of the monthly rent that the tenant(s) must pay out of their own pocket.Upon your acceptance of the rent offer from CMHA, CMHA will send the HAP Contract to Holton-Wise which includes the tenant's move in date.The HAP Contract will be sent to you (the property owner) by Holton-Wise for signature.After HAP contract is signed and received by Holton-Wise the tenant will sign a Holton-Wise lease and pay the required amount of money required to move into the rental property and receive a copy of their keys from Holton-Wise.The signed HAP Contract along with the fully executed Holton-Wise lease will be submitted to CMHA.Monthly payments are initiated by CMHA to Holton-Wise.You (the property owner) will recieve your monthly disbursements under Hotlon-Wise's regular disbursement and accounting schedule.Q.

anyways im worried i will just end up wasting my time and money through trail and error going from one real estate mortgage related school to the next you see i am trying to get experience to be a mortgage underwriter for mortgage pools and learn about the servicing of mortgage pools but the problem is the lack of training to those who have instructors who clearly have very little knowledge despite the critism i will recieve they lack the proper understanding of how documents are created and the function of the varies kinds of documents that are created

I understand if I do purchase a property I wont be recieving BAH because im not married or the rank to recieve it. but im getting paid seperate rations even though its not as much as the BAH, im not really worried about recieving BAH honestly.

I feel this could work, however I would much rather be a silent partner (with less liability in the deal) and recieve a set percentage of the deal, and learn from the decisions they make.
