Having "real estate investing" or "real estate" anything, in your LLC name will surely raise red flags for banks, especially as you move beyond net 30 accounts to larger credit lines.

There are several texas who to me are not people I would want to do business with who took millions from investors and never returned it and still is out there raising $ and people are still giving him money for education and investing which is not gonna end well for them. 

@Collin Schwartz so assuming an average $40k per door, that 1st 25 doors was ~$800k, you must have raised somewhere in the area of $200k cash of your own?

However, I could very well be 2 years waiting to invest locally as I wait to snag the right deal or raise more capital to give me more options.

Purchase price: $55,000 Cash invested: $110,000 Sale price: $205,000 This was a 1950 raised home that needed extensive foundation repairs as well as all plumbing, electrical and subflooring.

. $480,000 sales price, and all 8 units are rented out at $750 but could easily be raised to high 800's or even low 900's.

If these 2 estimates are REALLY far apart, you can also identify items you have a low certainty about and do more research to raise that certainty and narrow those estimates.
