I personally would shop around for granite and look for remnants before considering granite tiles. 

Seemed to be a fine place to live, with charming remnants of coal-era pride and a young workforce everywhere we went.

Plus it's quaint enough and low enough supply to cater to blue collar earners making closer to the 4 member family median income.

This makes replacing carpet in a single bedroom easy with remnant carpet.

No idea why you think the system is perfect.And as for the address thing, again that's another horrible thing where future tenants of a house can pick up remnants of previous tenants' bad credit. 

Around here you will see online ads for remnants of granite and if you drive by the granite yard they will have remnants you can have your contractor get a piece the right size that contrasts, you just need to know the size and specify all 4 edges to be done.  

Besides the tennants can always put down a rug or remnant for comfort.  

Hi Katie, I'm waiting for these to start crossing my desk due to the Santa Rosa / NorCal fires here in the greater Bay Area.For a 2-4 unit that you will owner occupy, FHA 203k is doable as a renovation loan.Fora 1 unit, FNMA HomeStyle is doable as a renovation loan.Both are predicated on NOT being "new construction," which technically it isn't if there's remnants of an old foundation or chimney or something. 

It is a town that looks dead, or is it a quaint town with a revitalized main street?
