Due to high interest rates, those cash flows have become less attractive when you consider their respective risk profiles.

If you are browsing MLS listings you can use the 1% rule quickly ascertain whether the listing is worth further analysis.

 @Dan Heimer this is a little off topic, but if that picture you have on your profile is of Thanksgiving diner with family then you are definitely blessed. 

The loan is underwritten based on the property and the borrower credit profile.

You certainly won't get anywhere near the full market but you could maybe get enough to browse a sample of listings and/ or comps.
