Unless you have all the other roomies willing to back you up in a courtroom.Regulations regarding eviction rules in regards to month-month or on fixed lease, you have to investigate for your state.If you have the grounds to evict from official lease violations I'd have a sit down with the guy.

. #2 many private/hard money lenders will consider furnishings if the deal, including the furnishings, falls into their deal box.Believe it or not, it might be easier to include the furnishings in the deal with a significantly lower down payment if there is other rehab work to be done.
