I would ask your realtor for local property management referrals, they will be the best source of the top local players in your market3.

Both with small new investors and big players.  

I'd really tell folks to prioritize getting the location of the property and their systems in place well vetted before playing ball.

.- Focus on high-ROI improvements: Prioritize renovations that add the most value.- Document everything: Keep detailed records of expenses, work completed, and agreements.- Consider liability protection: Look into forming an LLC or other business entity.Starting with cash is a smart move to minimize risk and learn the process.

But prioritize quality here, I'd also tell you to no more MFs & to go get a SFR.
