No stock screenings, no work, set it and forget it, exposure to a broad range of good companies and different sectors of economy. 

Was looking at sold history of some stock on Zillow in sub 300K region and surprisingly the prices have actually reduced since 2023 while peaking in 2022.

The carrier that has less exposure but chooses to be in that market may price their coverage higher because of greater uncertainty/ less predictability. 

We certainly have maintenance issues popping up here and there, however when and what issues are not predictable.

Milwaukee and Chicago have very similar housing stock. 

These assets encompass 33 houses and a $5.5M stake in 2000 units of multifamily across AL, AR, CA, FL, IL, IN, MA, MO, MS, OH, OK, PA, TN, and TX, and also cash, stocks, and renewable energy.

Having said that a syndicator can never 100 percent predict what will happen with an investment.

After accounting for social security and other investment income like IRA/Lifeinsurance/Stocks (of which was made possible because of real estate cash flow)  my mother would be classified as part of the1% and earns a corrsponding Passive income.  

I want to see what you all do (aside from real estate) to maximize that tax free (or in taxable stock accounts as well) retirement income.
