The data @Devin Conley posted is pretty solid from my experience (I do not know Devin nor how he sourced the data, just going by my own investing experience).

@Ike Okwerekwu Recommend exploring as many sources as possible to get referrals AND cross-reference them to get as much accurate information as possible.Check out NARPM.com, BP’s Property Manager Finder (BiggerPockets: The Real Estate Investing Social Network), etc.Also, encourage you to learn from the mistakes of others - by reading posts here on BiggerPockets about owners not having their expectations met by their current Property Management Company.

After watching some of the podcasts and reading posts I am set on starting my real estate journey utilizing the house hacking strategy.

I listen to the problem solving episodes for the same reasons I read forum posts.

While BRRRR works for scaling, explore turnkey rentals or creative financing in cash flow-heavy markets to accelerate growth.This post does not create a CPA-Client relationship.

Nothing will piss off the inspector faster than missing an inspection.My last piece of advice, in an effort to not make this a book length post, deals with the money.

Alternatively, consider bridge loans, HELOCs, or post-purchase refinancing to preserve liquidity.
