I'd also recommend making up a few situations that you might encounter and role play using the list of question you want to find out.

That is the thing about the game we are playing....every job is diferent and you can count on absolutely nothing.

The "high cash flow areas" you speak of are only good on paper, and while they can be if you play everything right and all goes well, I find that is harder than it seems.

So for sure it's a cashflow play, but don't expect much on the appreciation side.
