Funding a pet project or hobby like James Cameron and his submarines?

I added pet safe artificial turf, a wooden fence and a pergola.

Not a LLc, not a fictitious name, not your pet, not your registered agent (some people think their registered agent can sign for them…) BUT YOUGuess what goes on public record… YOUR NAME…..

If you'd like to increase the pet deposit (capped at one month rent in Delaware as is the security deposit) you would have to do it at a renewal (can be a renewal of the month to month lease)The damage to the floor is done now so that will be a charge. 

What I did was to add special incentives including no pet fee and a discount on a golf cart fee.

Double rent, pet fee, pet dep, lawn care.

Many guests are traveling with pets.    

Here are a few highlights:- I wasn't getting enough leads through FF, but as soon as I decided to get it and updated my listing to include washer/dryer, I got more leads (not a ton still)- 2-adult with a pet were interested in the unit but decided not to pursue after learning that it was a washer/dryer combo.

@Wes Glass nothing you can do unless pet causes issues for other tenants.

Others swore their ESA animals were documented but failed to produce paperwork for their 4 pets.
