Switching to a whole different currency I don’t see a point in personally. 

While some strategies may work here, those strategies might not suit you.I don't personally do MTR, STR, co-living, or other nuanced strategies.

I've got little personal resources backing me up but am ready to dive into REI full go.

However, transferring your current home into an LLC may affect financing, as most traditional lenders require it to remain in your personal name for a home equity loan.

My personal definition of market rent is the price where I can READILY attract a GOOD QUALIFIED tenant and also KEEP that tenant AT LEAST 2 years.

He works for himself at his personal firm but knows real estate and answers questions for me all year free of charge.

Personally, I believe it's preferable to have stricter requirements and wait for a qualified tenant.
