I do agree that it is a huge risk and not for the faint of heart which is why I’m taking a temperature on here of whether experienced investors feel I would simply be taking a risk which requires certain considerations and precautions or about to do something completely stupid.

I currently work In the RAN (Royal Australian Nay) but within the next 2 months i'm going back to my prior AMAZING job (which sadly pays a little less as an outdoor educational instructor) Eventually i'd like to get to a stage where i'm pocketing enough through investment properties that my day job's income doesn't really matter and i can continue working where i love.I have just finished reading the Ultimate Beginner's Guide To Real Estate Investing which has given me plenty of ideas and as you can imagine even more questions.

my Favorite city to base out of for flyfishing each summer.. and I love flying into that airport in our plane.. the approach is super cool as well as departure.. you kind of have to experience it to understand.what a great place on the planet if your into the out doors.
